Worcester Sauce
Salt (to taste)
Mayonnaise

Ingredients:

1 large or 2 small avocados. 

juice of half a lime or lemon. 

2 blades chives chopped or 1 tsp grated onion. 

4 tbsp mayonnaise. 

dash worcester sauce. 

pinch of salt

 

Preparation

  1. Halve the avocado, scoop out the flesh and mash it.
  2. Stir in the lime or lemon juice, chives or onion, mayonnaise, worcester sauce and salt.
  3. Serve with biscuits or potato crisps, unless eaten immediately avocado dip should always be chilled or frozen with the stone in it to prevent discolouration. Remove the stone just before serving.
