Chilled Avocado Soup

Ingredients:
2 large or 4 small avocados
1 large lime juice or 3/4 of a lemon juice
2 cups (1pint) chicken stocks
1 small cartoon of natural yoghurt
salt and pepper
3 blades chives chopped
Preparations:
- Halve the avocados, remove and reserve the stones and scoop the flesh from the skins.
- Liquidise the avocado with the lime or lemon juice, the stock and yoghurt.
- Season with salt and pepper and return the avocados stones to the soup to prevent it discolouring.
- Chill the soup, removing the stones before serving. Serve garnished with chives.
