Ingredients:

2 half-ripe plantains

oil for deep frying

salt

Preparations:

  1. Slice the plantains diagonally into 1/8'' thick slices.
  2. Chill in iced water for 30 mins. and then dry the slices on absorbent paper. Deep fry until golden brown and spicy.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and serve with drinks.
