Sassy Endive Slaw

Ingredients Required:

1 Green Pepper(s)



2 Continental Endive Lettuce (s)



1 Red Pepper(s)



TABASCO Sauce - 1 teaspoon
Olive Oil - 2 x tablespoons
Cider Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Dijon Mustard - 1 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon of salt

Spice up the barbeque and create a talking point with this recipe from TABASCO in the USA.


Cut endive lengthwise into 1/4 inch size pieces. Cut the pepper into julienne strips.

Combine the olive oil, vinegar and TABASCO sauce, mustard and some salt in a medium bowl.

Add endive and pepper and toss well.

Serve with fish, chicken or meat.

Makes 4 servings.
