Olive oil

 4 or 5 leaves of Romaine (or other type of lettuce) 

1 stalk celery
2 or 3 oz. cheese, your favorite variety, in cubes
12 (or so) pepperoni slices, cut into halves
5 or 6 baby carrots, sliced on the diagonal
1 large radish, sliced very thinly
1 plum tomato, sliced
1 half medium cucumber, peeled, sliced into rounds and quartered
1 half small onion, sliced thinly
1 small bunch of broccoli florets, sliced
1 clove garlic, sliced thinly

Directions:

Make a great, colourful, crunchy salad from "Things I Found in the Kitchen." Don't be bound by the ingredients list - go with what you enjoy, what's in your fridge...  Shoot for a nice variety - in colours, and textures.

Tear up lettuce leaves and add to a large bowl. Then add the remaining ingredients and toss. Chill and serve.
